Material  

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of spinach
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup of mango
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 3/4 cup of coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seed
