Coco Lime Smoothie

There is no better combination than the combination of coconut and lime. This sweet and chewy smoothie is delicious, but it is low in calories, contains fiber-rich kale, coconut with a lot of vitamins, and refreshing lime, so it is nutritious, and a little honey adds sweetness and antioxidants. If you don't have honey, you can use dates. 

Material  

  • 1/2 cup of kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar-free almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of sugar-free coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Recipe

1 Add the ingredients in the order listed and blend them until they are soft.

2 Blend until it reaches the desired concentration and enjoy it healthily!
